A1 Community Foundation exists to expand access to workforce pathways and economic opportunity. We equip individuals, especially those from underserved and underrepresented communities, with the skills, resources, and connections needed to secure meaningful careers, build wealth, and achieve long-term economic mobility. We are focused on breaking cycles of economic inequity by creating clear and accessible pathways to careers, income, and ownership. Our goal is simple. The next generation should not be limited by the conditions they were born into. They should have the tools, support, and opportunity to build something greater for themselves and their families.
